Terms of Use

NowAfter is made by Pavlo Hrinchenko ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NowAfter mobile application ("NowAfter," or the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using NowAfter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What NowAfter Is

NowAfter is a personal budgeting companion that helps you see how much of your own money is safe to spend today, after setting aside upcoming bills and anything you want to keep untouched. NowAfter calculates this figure from information you enter yourself. NowAfter does not connect to your bank, does not move money, and does not have access to your actual account balances unless you type a number in yourself.

2. Not Financial Advice

NowAfter is a budgeting tool, not a financial advisor, bank, broker, or accountant. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, and for making sure the numbers you enter into NowAfter are accurate and up to date. We are not liable for any financial outcome resulting from your use of, or reliance on, the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NowAfter. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. NowAfter is not directed at and should not be used by children.

4. Your Data and Account

NowAfter does not currently require you to create an account or log in. The figures you enter (balance, bills, reserve, payday, currency, and similar) are processed and stored on your own device. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of NowAfter may be offered as a paid subscription or one-time purchase, billed and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (and, where used, our subscription-management provider). Where a free trial is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically once the trial ends unless you cancel before it does. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

  • You manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not within NowAfter directly.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies; we do not directly process payments or issue refunds.
  • Prices, trial lengths, and plans shown in the App may change; the price and terms you agreed to at purchase apply to your existing subscription until it renews or is cancelled.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use NowAfter for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App beyond what applicable law permits;
  • interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security.

7. Intellectual Property

NowAfter, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Pavlo Hrinchenko and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your own devices for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NowAfter is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation will be free of mistakes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pavlo Hrinchenko will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, income, or financial loss, arising out of or related to your use of NowAfter.

10. Termination

You may stop using NowAfter at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above. Continuing to use NowAfter after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless a different law is required to apply by the rules of the app store you downloaded NowAfter from.
